What is a swimwear dryer, and what are the benefits?

A swimsuit dryer solves the problem that a wet swimsuit can cause for both pool facilities and swimmers alike. These machines help to ensure pool water does not damage your facility by keeping floors and surfaces dry, which prevents the growth of mould and mildew.

A swimwear dryer not only benefits the facilities but also helps swimmers who take advantage of its fantastic drying properties. It is safe for all swimsuit fabrics and ensures that your customers do not have to carry them around in a wet bag which could lead to damage to the swimwear through mould and mildew.

How does a dryer for swimwear work?

The machines are simple to operate by any of your guests. All they have to do is place their swimsuit into the dryer and press down on the lid. The swimsuit dryer will then spin the suit at a high velocity to remove 95% of the water from the swimsuit in just 10 seconds. As opposed to heat, they use a centrifugal force and since there are no exposed moving parts and the machine doesn’t work until pressure is applied to a closed lid, it is a safe option for any location.

NINE reasons to choose a Suitspin Dryer:

  1. High efficiency – removes up to 95% of water from wet swimwear within 10 seconds
  2. Quality materials – the chemically resistant stainless steel (AISI 316 Ti) and PE can withstand any type of water
  3. Maximum safety – the centrifuge won’t start unless the lid is closed thanks to the safety limit switch, and the protective bristle ring ensures that the swimsuit stays inside the drum
  4. Easy to clean – the passivated stainless-steel drum for swimsuits is very easy to clean and guarantees maximum cleanliness
  5. Simple operation – simply insert the swimsuit inside the drum, the spin dryer will start after closing the lid and will stop automatically when the cycle is over
  6. Compact dimensions – the compact dimensions of the swimwear spin dryer allows you to install it in places where no other product can fit
  7. Unexpected maturity - the control programme analyses the centrifuge’s condition and alerts you about faulty components, the built-in sensor evaluates that the drum is overloaded and automatically ends the drying cycle*
  8. Environmentally friendly – by spinning the swimsuit after visiting the pool, an average of 20,000 litres of water is returned to the water system a year
  9. Maximum adaptability – thanks to unlimited design options, the spin dryer fully adapts to your needs

Ask a question

What you cover in your shipping policy and how you communicate it will be highly dependent on your current business operations and supply chain. The goal is to be transparent with customers.

As 2020 brings unforeseen shipping delays and increased carrier costs, it's more important than ever to keep your shipping policy up to date with the following key points in mind:

  • Essential shipping details are easy to find. While it is common practice to keep a link to your shipping policy page in the footer of your website, consider how you can also surface important shipping details in the right place at the right time (e.g. on your product page or website banner).
  • Clear and concise presentation. Don’t make customers comb through your shipping policy page for the information they need. Whenever possible, make it easy to navigate with clear subheadings, tables, bolded text, and links to learn more.
  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, how many days will it take to get it ready to ship? It’s worth communicating if you’re excluding weekends and/or holidays, and if you have certain cutoff times for processing orders (e.g. orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day). If changes occur within your supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19, you should update your processing times to reflect it.
  • Domestic and international shipping options. What are the qualifying regions for your domestic shipping options? International shipping can be broken down in its own section where you list the countries you ship to and estimated delivery timelines. If you offer several shipping options, you can list them in a table so the information is easy to scan. Shipping costs. Break down your shipping costs for the customer. If you have a free shipping threshold, you can communicate in various places as an incentive for customers. Any potential surprise fees should be surfaced too, such as duties and taxes the customer may incur.
